01Information We Collect
We collect information required to operate enterprise IoT telemetry systems:
- Account & Contact Information: Name, business email, organization name, billing address, and phone number.
- Device & Telemetry Data: Sensor readings (level, volume, temperature, pressure, vibration), device IDs, MAC addresses, firmware versions, signal strength (RSSI/CSQ), and GPS coordinates.
- Operational Logs: User audit trails, relay actuation history, and alert acknowledgment records.
02How We Use Telemetry Data
We process collected data to:
- Render real-time dashboards and strapping table conversions.
- Calculate consumption rates, fuel burn rates, and runout predictions.
- Train self-supervised anomaly detection models for spike and leak classification.
- Dispatch SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and Webhook alerts based on your configured rules.
03Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
IoT Connect enforces strict tenant separation at the database and memory layer. Your sensor streams and operational telemetry are completely isolated and never exposed to other organizations or third parties.
04GDPR & Global Data Protection Rights
Under GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy standards, you have the right to:
- Access and export your complete telemetry and account history.
- Request correction or deletion of personal identifiers.
- Restrict processing or object to automated decision-making.
05Security & Data Retention
All telemetry is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Raw sensor telemetry is retained in accordance with your organization's subscription tier or data retention policy.
